As a well established and leading independent provider of primary care services to patients across England, our vision has been to be the first choice provider of those services for the NHS and the community. However, that vision has changed. Our focus has moved from growth to quality.
Going forward our motivation is unique, clear and simple. Our vision is - "We treat patients as family".
In fact, everything we do should empower us to deliver that vision; to provide a great service to patients where they feel good about the outcome and, where possible, they learn from the interaction.
However, we will only achieve our vision by working in partnership with PCTs, Acute Hospital trusts, GPs and other healthcare professionals.
In this way we can help our partners to establish and manage innovative care pathways for both patients and healthcare professionals, so that more people can be treated locally – either by their GPs or in the community – and without going to hospital.
