Partnering with Harmoni

Harmoni is a joint venture company itself and was born out of a strong partnership arrangement. We are very alive to the possibilities healthy partnerships between care providers can deliver. Partnerships between specialist care providers can raise levels of patient care and they can also serve to fully galvanise the minds of employees of partnering organisations.

In developing the partnership that led to the creation of Harmoni we came to a strong appreciation of what motivates different organisations. We have learned to respect operations and care models developed by potential partners may already be very well-developed and comprehensive; nonetheless in many cases partnership brings added strength, quality and possibilities for commissioners around cost savings (based upon increased scale of operation).

We are able to cite examples where smaller care providers have chosen to join Harmoni and become a fully fledged part of our organisation. We have experience of other examples where we have worked pro actively with our partners to specifically protect the independence of those organisations.
